Kathleen Morehouse received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. She served as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Philip B. Cummis, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, from 1994 to 1995. Ms. Morehouse is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and New York as well as the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. She is a member of the American, New Jersey and New York Bar Associations. She is also member of Family Law Section of the New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations. She is a member of the New Jersey Family Law Inn of Court. Ms. Morehouse received an award of merit from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for her knowledge of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
